What are the surface treatment processes for industrial aluminum alloy profiles?

Anodizing, electrophoresis and spraying are the main surface treatment processes for aluminum profiles. Anodic oxidation is generally used to form a dense oxide film on the surface of aluminum profiles through anodic oxidation, thus solving the corrosion problem of aluminum profiles. Now the more popular method is powder coating, spraying a layer of powder coating on the surface of aluminum profiles, which is not only beautiful, but also corrosion-resistant and has good decorative effect.
Standard for anodized surface treatment of aluminum profiles:
1) The film thickness is 5-25um, the hardness is above 200HV, and the color change rate in the sealing experiment is less than 5%;
2) The salt spray test lasts for more than 36 hours and can meet CNS standards of level 9 or above
3) The appearance should not have any scratches, scratches, colored clouds, or other phenomena. There should be no hanging points or yellowing on the surface.
