Production Process of Aluminum Partition Profile
According to the specific alloy grade to be produced, calculate the additional amount of various alloy components, and reasonably match various raw materials. Put the prepared raw materials into the melting furnace for melting according to the process requirements, and effectively remove the impurities and gas in the melt using degassing and slag refining.
Under certain casting process conditions, the molten aluminum liquid is cooled and cast into round cast bars of various specifications through a deep well casting system. Extrusion is the main method of profile forming. First, a die is designed and manufactured according to the profile of the profile product, and the heated round cast rod is extruded from the die by an extruder. During the extrusion, an air-cooling quenching process and the subsequent artificial aging process are used to complete the heat treatment strengthening. Different heat treatment strengthened alloys that have different heat treatment systems.
The extruded aluminum partition profile has poor surface corrosion resistance and must be surface treated by anodizing to increase the corrosion resistance, wear-resistance, and appearance of the aluminum material.
