FAQ

Q: If I want to do OEM/ODM, is it possible?

A: Sure. But you may have to open a new mould. There will be some mould costs. Please send us your drawings or samples for evaluation. We will protect your intellectual property and patents strictly.

Q: If the products have quality problems, how will you handle it?

A: If the problem is confirmed, we will take the responsibilities and re-produce the products.

Q: Can you do deep processing such as punching, drilling, etc.?

A: Yes, we can. Relevant drawings and information will be required.

Q: What's the difference between common cutting and precision cutting?

A: For precision cutting, the length tolerance is +/-0.5mm and the cutting edge is smooth. While for common cutting, the length tolerance is +/-10mm and the cutting edge is rough.

Q: Are the delivery quantities exactly the same as I order?

A: I'm afraid they are not exactly the same. There will be a tolerance of +/-10% in quantities. And the payment amount will be calculated according to the actual delivery quantities.
