FAQ

Q: What aluminium alloy do you use?

A: If not specified, we generally use 6063-T5. But we can also do 6061-T5 and 6463-T5.

Q: Can you do deep processing such as punching, drilling, etc.?

A: Yes, we can. Relevant drawings and information will be required.

Q: What is the extrusion lines?

A: For anodizing colors without sand-blasting, there may be some extrusion lines on the profiles. But for matt colors with sand-blasting, there will not be such problems.

Q: What is the anodizing mark?

A: Before the profiles are to get anodized, both their ends are bound and hung on the anodize racks and then put into the tanks for anodizing process. Thus after anodizing, there is a mark on both ends. Some clients prefer to cut the marks off, while some don't. It is up to the client. There is a cutting cost involved.

Q: Can we visit your factory?

A: Sure, you are welcome to visit us any time. We can arrange free pick-up from your hotel or airports in Guangzhou or Foshan.
