PACKING & INSPECTION
PACKING
We pack our products using strong materials to protect them during shipping. Each item is wrapped carefully with foam, bubble wrap, or custom boxes to avoid scratches or damage. We also pack efficiently to save space and shipping costs, while ensuring the products stay safe until they arrive at the customer.
INSPECTION

Definition of Extrusion
Extrusion is defined as the process of shaping material, such as aluminum, by
forcing it to flow through a shaped opening in a die.
Extruded material emerges as an elongated piece with the same profile as the die opening.
In aluminum extrusion process, a billet is heated to an appropriate temperature and then pushed under high pressure by a hydraulic press through a shaped opening in a special steel die.
The profile cross-section of which corresponds the opening of the die is then quenched, stretched, cut to required length and finally aged to achieve a desired hardness.
Extrusion profiles are available in various alloys and tempers so as to provide a wide range of mechanical and physical properties.
Advanced Extrusion Capabilities
Foshan Xingtaomei Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. operates two presses of 1000 tons and six presses of 800 tons. The rated capacity is 20,000 tons per year.
Our extrusion presses are positioned to efficiently uphold the
manufacturing process; allowing us to provide consistent lead-times in the industry and on-time delivery performance.
Both presses are operated to strict standards ensuring superior extrusion with excellent surface quality. High tolerance aluminum extrusions are provided using commercial alloys, 6061 and 6063, subject to temper requirements and products specification.
We also provides both custom and standard shapes based on customer's requirements.
Anodizing
Anodizing is a process that makes aluminum stronger, more resistant to corrosion, and better looking by creating a protective oxide layer.
Cleaning
Efficient and precise processing and testing equipment.
Etching (Optional)
Passed ISO9001 certification and obtained relevant patent certificates.
Anodizing
The aluminum is placed in a sulfuric acid bath, where it becomes the anode. An electric current makes oxygen ions react with the surface to form a tough aluminum oxide layer. The thickness of the layer depends on the time and current used, providing more protection.
