Q: What are the order procedures for a new customer?

A: First, check our Public Mould Models to see if there are any models that suit your interests. Public mould means that you don't need to open a new mould. They belong to our company and can be used by any client.
If you can not find anything suitable, send us your drawings or samples, together with color/finish requirements, length, quantities, packing details, etc., and we will evaluate and make the quotations.
Second, if the quotation is ok we will send you the PI to arrange the deposit payment.
Third, upon receipt of payment we will open the new mould.
Fourth, when the mould is ready, we will send you the sample for confirmation.
Last, upon your confirmation, we will arrange the mass production.

Q: What shall a client provide to get the quotations?

A: For products with public mould, you need to check our collection of pubic mould drawings and tell us the model number.
While for products without public mould (such as OEM products), you need to send us your drawings with complete dimension data, better in CAD format. Or samples if drawings are not available.

Q: Is the price fixed or changing?

A: The price is changing. It depends on aluminum ingot price and exchange rates, which change every day. But our quotations are valid for 7 days, during which time the price is fixed.
If you want to fix the price for a year or some period of time, you can place a fixed purchase contract with us and pay certain deposits. In this way, we can fix the price for you.

Our 30,000-square-meter factory has evolved into a comprehensive aluminum production enterprise with an annual output exceeding 20,000 tons. Equipped with 2 ingot-melting furnaces, 8 extrusion machines, a complete anodizing line, and advanced deep processing machines for punching and drilling, we are fully capable of meeting diverse production needs.

We use state-of-the-art technology to ensure that we produce high-quality aluminium profiles that are dimensionally accurate and durable. Anodising enhances corrosion resistance and allows for customised colours, while sandblasting provides a refined texture. Our deep processing capabilities allow us to meet custom design requirements, and strict packaging ensures the safe delivery of each product.
