FAQ

Q: What hardness are your profiles?

A: For 6063 alloy, we can do 8-9, 10-11 and 11-13HW according to client's requirements. For 6061 alloy, we can do 14-16HW.

Q: Can you do deep processing such as punching, drilling, etc.?

A: Yes, we can. Relevant drawings and information will be required.

Q: Can you do as thin as we require for the profiles?

A: To ensure the quality, the smallest thickness we do is 0.8mm.
And the larger the profile, the corresponding thickness should be increased in order to ensure production of material.

Q: Will you provide samples?

A: Yes. We can provide samples free of charge.

Q: What is your packing like?

A: The most common packing is each piece in poly bag or inter-lain by cotton paper, then bundles in shrink film. We can also do carton, POF, pallet, kraft paper, etc. Please tell us your specific packing requirements.
