Color Options

Anodizing
Anodizing is a process that makes aluminum stronger, more resistant to corrosion, and better looking by creating a protective oxide layer.
Cleaning
Aluminum is cleaned with basic or acidic solutions to remove oil, dirt, and oxidation. This helps the next layer stick properly.
Etching (Optional)
In this step, acid (like sodium hydroxide) is used to make the surface matt or textured.
Anodizing
The aluminum is placed in a sulfuric acid bath, where it becomes the anode. An electric current makes oxygen ions react with the surface to form a tough aluminum oxide layer. The thickness of the layer depends on the time and current used, providing more protection.
Powder Coating
Surface Preparation
Cleaning: Removes oils, dirt, and other unwanted materials.
Pretreatment: Chemical treatments (like anodizing or chromate conversion) help improve adhesion and protect against corrosion.
Powder Application
Electrostatic Spraying: Powder (such as epoxy, polyester, or hybrid) is applied using an electric charge.
Curing
The profiles are heated (160°C–200°C) to melt the powder and create a strong, smooth finish.

Q: How to Request a Quotation?
A: To receive a quotation, please provide the following information:
1. For Public Mould Products:
--Provide the model number from our public mould collection.
2. For Custom (OEM) Products:
--Send your drawings with complete dimensions (preferably in CAD or 3D format). If no drawings are available, send samples.
3. Additional Information:
· Color/Finish (e.g., gold, silver, black, anodized)
· Packing requirements
· Profile length
· If anodizing is needed, specify if clamp marks on both ends should be cut off
· Common or precision cutting requirements
Q: Do we need to ask for quotations every time we place an order?
A: Yes, that's the common practice in this industry. We suggest that you place bigger orders when ingot price and exchange rates are favorable.
Q: Do you have MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities) requirements?
A: Yes. Generally the MOQ is 200KG per model/color/length. If you open a new mould, the first two orders will have no MOQ requirements.
Q: What is the maximum length that you can produce?
A: The maximum length that we can produce is 6 meters.
Q: Are the delivery quantities exactly the same as I order?
A: I'm afraid they are not exactly the same. There will be a tolerance of +/-10% in quantities. And the payment amount will be calculated according to the actual delivery quantities.
