Q: How to Request a Quotation?

A: To receive a quotation, please provide the following information:
1. For Public Mould Products:
--Provide the model number from our public mould collection.
2. For Custom (OEM) Products:
--Send your drawings with complete dimensions (preferably in CAD or 3D format). If no drawings are available, send samples.
3. Additional Information:
· Color/Finish (e.g., gold, silver, black, anodized)
· Packing requirements
· Profile length
· If anodizing is needed, specify if clamp marks on both ends should be cut off
· Common or precision cutting requirements

Q: What are the order procedures for a new customer?

A: 1. Check Our Public Mould Models
First, review our public mould models to see if any meet your needs. These moulds are already available and can be used by any customer without the need for new moulds.
2. Send Us Your Custom Requirements
If you don't find a suitable model, send us your drawings or samples, along with details like color/finish, length, quantities, and packing requirements. We will then provide you with a quotation.
3. Confirm the Quotation and Pay Deposit
If you're happy with the quotation, we will send you a Proforma Invoice (PI) for the deposit payment.
4. Mould Opening
After we receive your deposit, we will begin opening the new mould.
5. Sample for Confirmation
Once the mould is ready, we'll send you a sample for approval.
6. Mass Production
After you confirm the sample, we'll proceed with mass production.
