1. Line Location. According to the installation position, size and elevation of the doors and windows in the design drawings, measure the edges of the doors and windows to both sides according to the middle line of the doors and windows. The horizontal position of doors and windows should be based on the horizontal line of +50cm in the floor interior, and the level of the lower skin of the window should be measured upwards, and the level of the skin under the window must be consistent on each floor.
2. Aluminum alloy window covered with water installation. According to the requirements of the construction drawings, the water is fixed on the aluminum alloy window, and the position is correct and the installation is firm.
3. Anti-corrosion treatment. The outside of the door and window frame can be coated with anti-corrosion paint or pasted with plastic film for protection, so as to prevent cement mortar from directly contacting the surface of aluminum alloy doors and windows, resulting in electrochemical reactions and corrosive aluminum alloy doors and windows.
4. The installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows is in place. According to the marked door and window positioning line, install the aluminum alloy door and window frame. And timely adjust the horizontal, vertical and diagonal length of the door and window frames to meet the quality standards, and then use wooden wedges to temporarily fix.
