Aluminum LED profile inspection standard –powder coating
1. The surface of the matte and highlight series allows a slight particle phenomenon, the particle continuity and density are unqualified, and the particles scattered between the surfaces of the profiles are qualified.
2. The allowable surface of the sand pattern series has coarse sand, and the width of the coarse sand position on both sides of the profile width is not more than 5mm, and the coarse sand that exceeds 5mm or the entire plane is considered unqualified.
3. The decorative surface of the profile allowed to have a slight orange peel phenomenon, and the non-decorative surface is allowed to have hook marks, low film, uneven spraying, dew bottom and other phenomena.
4. The film thickness of power coating product as far as possible to control between 40-60μ as the product is a decorative use function. Due to poor surface and rework of the film thickness exceeds this value but does not affect the use and installation are qualified, because the profile cross-sectional drawing shape is more complex, resulting in some surfaces of the profile (such as inner corners, grooves, etc.) The film thickness is lower than the specified value of 40 microns is allowed to exist, judged to be qualified.
5. Gloss matte and highlight implementation ± 10 degrees of standard, sand grain series according to the ± 5 degrees, sand grain series gloss within 10 degrees is not allowed to be less than 5 light, within 5 lights of our production can not guarantee its surface quality, do not accept production.
