Appearance quality of aluminum profile
Aluminum profile is an aluminum rod through hot melting, extrusion to obtain different cross-sectional shapes of aluminum materials. The production process of aluminum profiles mainly includes three processes: casting, extrusion and coloring (coloring mainly includes: oxidation, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, etc.).
The oxide film falls off and electroburns are not allowed on the surface of the anodized profile.
The paint film after electrophoresis, powder and fluorocarbon profile painting should be uniform, neat and smooth, and wrinkles, cracks, bubbles, flow marks, inclusions and paint film peeling and other defects that affect the use are not allowed, but local no film is allowed within 80mm of the end of the profile.
The appearance quality of aluminum building profiles affects the effect of building decoration, so the surface of the factory profile must be covered to avoid surface scratches, bumps and corrosion during transportation and stacking.
Some aluminum building profiles on the market have similar water streaks and moldy spots in the inner cavity, reflecting the defects of the production process.
