Method of aluminum alloy profile anode oxidation coloring
Aluminum profiles and their alloys can form a layer of Al2O3 film on their surface by ordinary anode oxidation. Using different anode oxidation liquid, resulting in a different Structure of Al2O3 film. When anode oxidation occurs, the growth of the oxide film on the aluminum profile surface consists of two processes: electrochemical production of the film and chemical dissolution process. Only when the growth rate of the film is faster than the dissolution, the oxide film can grow and thicken.
1. After the aluminum alloy profile has been anode oxidation, the surface forms a micropore. The special alumina dye will be dissolved with water at a certain concentration. Then put the aluminum alloy profile in to the dye solution, dye molecules will be adsorbed in the aluminum oxide membrane microporous, this is aluminum oxide dyeing.
2. Colors can be colorful, any color can be dyed.
3. Aluminum oxide dyeing, also need to seal the hole, so that the oxide membrane microporous dye molecules will not be lost, thereby increasing the function of the aluminum surface and decorative effect.
